Affiliate Agreement – Keyzaar.pk

(A project of Adornmoda Private Limited)

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions between Keyzaar.pk (a project of Adornmoda Private Limited) and the individual or entity (“Affiliate”) participating in our Affiliate Program. By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Enrollment in the Program

  • To enroll as an Affiliate, you must complete our application form and be approved by Keyzaar.pk. (Enroll here https://keyzaar.pk/pages/affliate-application )

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

  • Promote Keyzaar.pk products only through ethical and legal means.

  • Use only approved banners, images, and promotional material provided by Keyzaar.pk.

  • Not engage in misleading advertising, spam, or unauthorized representations of Keyzaar.pk.

  • Ensure that any claims about products are truthful and in line with official product descriptions.

  • Protect confidential information provided by Keyzaar.pk.

3. Commission & Payments

  • Affiliates will earn a commission on sales generated through their unique affiliate link or code.

  • Commission rates will be defined and communicated separately by Keyzaar.pk.

  • All sales are tracked through our system; only valid and confirmed orders qualify for commission.

  • Commissions will not be paid on refunded, canceled, or fraudulent orders.

  • Payments will be made via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash once a minimum payout threshold is met.

  • Keyzaar.pk reserves the right to adjust commission structures with prior notice.

4. Restrictions

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using Keyzaar.pk trademarks, logos, or branding without permission.

  • Bidding on Keyzaar.pk-related keywords in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or any PPC campaigns.

  • Promoting on websites that contain unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.

  • Misrepresenting themselves as Keyzaar.pk or claiming to be an official representative.

  • Offering discounts, rebates, or incentives not authorized by Keyzaar.pk.

5. Ownership of Materials

  • All promotional content, banners, product images, and branding provided by Keyzaar.pk remain the property of Adornmoda Pvt. Ltd.

  • Affiliates may use these materials only for the purpose of promoting Keyzaar.pk.

6. Term & Termination

  • This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program.

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.

  • Keyzaar.pk reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate immediately for violations of this Agreement.

  • Upon termination, all pending commissions (if any) will be reviewed and paid only for valid, confirmed orders.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Affiliates operate as independent contractors; no employment, partnership, or joint venture is created.

  • Keyzaar.pk is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this program.

  • We make no guarantees regarding sales, commissions, or performance results.

8. Modification of Agreement

  • Keyzaar.pk reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time.

  • Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Pakistan.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
