Affiliate Agreement – OmniSeen

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is between OmniSeen ((A project of Adornmoda Private Limited) and the person or business joining the OmniSeen Affiliate Program (“Affiliate”).

By joining the program, you agree to these terms:

1. Joining the Program

You must complete the Affiliate application and get approval from OmniSeen.
OmniSeen can accept or reject any application at its discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates must:

Promote OmniSeen honestly and legally.
Use only approved product images, information, and promotional materials.
Not make false or misleading claims about OmniSeen or its products.
Not present themselves as an employee or official representative of OmniSeen.
Keep any confidential information provided by OmniSeen private.

3. Commission & Payments

Affiliates earn commission on eligible sales made through their unique affiliate link or code.
Commission rates will be shared separately by OmniSeen.
Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or invalid orders will not qualify for commission.
Payments will be made through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash after reaching the minimum payout amount.
OmniSeen may change commission rates or payment terms with prior notice.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

Use OmniSeen's logo or trademarks without permission.
Run paid ads on OmniSeen's brand name or keywords without approval.
Use spam, fake offers, misleading ads, or false claims.
Offer unauthorized discounts or cashback.
Use fake orders, self-referrals, or any method to generate unfair commissions.
Promote OmniSeen on illegal or harmful websites or platforms.

5. Promotional Materials

All logos, images, banners, product content, and other materials provided by OmniSeen belong to OmniSeen.

They may only be used to promote OmniSeen.

6. Termination

Either party can end the Affiliate relationship at any time.
OmniSeen may immediately terminate an Affiliate for fraud, misuse of the brand, or violation of these terms.
After termination, the Affiliate must stop using OmniSeen's branding and promotional materials.
Valid pending commissions may be paid after review.
